After we registered an
account on DHgate, we now can login and source out product by select from the “All
Categories” column as shown in Photo 1.1.

We sourced out our
product from “Mini Cameras & Supports” under “Automobile & Motorcycle”
category. As you point your mouse towards the category name, there will be a
window popping out with more specific product classification for your selection
which as shown in Photo 1.2 and then select “Mini Cameras & Supports”.

As you click on “Mini
Cameras & Supports”, you will be directed to a page as shown in Photo 1.3.
As you can see, the page will show all related product under the category and
you can browse the products in either gallery view or list view. While on the
left hand side, it lists out all popular searches under the category.
Furthermore, you can further narrow down your search by specify your desired
price range, minimum order, shipping requirements and so on.

Next, we source out our
product by clicking on “Watch Camera” in the column on left hand side which as
illustrated in Photo 1.4. Whereas Photo 1.5 shows the page of watch cameras and
we have specified our shipping destination which is Malaysia in the searching
bar.

In Photo 1.6, we source

product. In the same page, the seller has posted the product descriptions and
details about shipping, payment and warranty. After we source out the product,
we added it into our shopping cart by click on “Add to Cart” button.
Furthermore, we have visited the seller’s website on DHGate and approach them
by click on the send message button as shown in Photo 1.7.

Throughout the whole conversation,
we asked about details of the product we sourced out, 2016 New HD 1080P IR

asked on the waterproof feature, material and colour selection of the product
as the description provided by the seller is not specific enough and the seller
did answered our questions accordingly. Next, in Photo 1.9, we asked about whether
there is any warranty or eligible for return in case the product is
damaged. The seller replied us that if
the product was damaged at time of receive, the product can be returned and the
associated costs will be bear by the seller. Furthermore, we also inquired
about discount if there is any. The seller told us that the product cost is
increasing nowadays and they cannot afford to provide discounts as they only
earn a small margin of profit on the product, which as shown in Photo 1.10.
However, if we purchase the product, we will entitle for free shipping. In
addition, we have asked on the duration of shipping from the seller’s place to
Malaysia. The seller replied us that it will took around 25-35 working days
since the product required to ship through special battery route as shown in
Photo 1.11. Lastly, after we asked on the pricing, we ended our conversation.
